Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us at info@truefriendstore.com.



You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product.
Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and use our easy return system to get a full refund.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Every Customer who placed an order from Truefriendstore.com should get an e-mail confirmation within 5 minutes or less.

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm.
Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email
at info@truefriendstore.com.
If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one
